Mona has led multiple functions across the business, and most recently Enterprise Project Management Offices (EPMO), Continuous Improvement initiatives, Lean Transformation programs, and Quality Assurance functions across multiple industries. Her cross-functional experience spans product management, customer operations, HR, and manufacturing environments. She has worked closely with sales, marketing, and commercial teams, bringing a holistic perspective to organizational challenges. Mona is known by colleagues as the "voice of reason"—a grounding force who builds trust and creates psychological safety, enabling teams to navigate complex change with confidence.
